  This local paper gives a wide coverage of Winston-Salem and the areas surrounding. It does a good job providing coverage of Wake Forest University sports, and carries a wide range of syndicated columns.

  The Winston Salem Journal is a good daily paper. It is very reasonably priced and has lot of sections in it. On Sunday they have the coupon section and have all of the great sales papers for the next week. They also have a huge classified…
